A content leader typically assumes that his/her role is to attend church services, attend meetings and support special functions. Spiritual mentors do more than attend church and maintain structure. They share life. They give unselfishly of their time, talent and treasure. I challenge you today, to begin to take on the mindset of an effective leader and to begin thinking of yourself as such.
