The Praise & Worship Ministry is a group of worshipers that minister musical selections devoted to praise, adoration and thanksgiving to God Almighty. Their goal is to set an atmosphere that will allow teaching and preaching of the Gospel to be easy as the Presence of God permeates the sanctuary.
The Gatekeepers set the tone for those entering the gates of the Church through prayer and a watchful eye and protect the environment of the sanctuary. They provide for the needs of the congregation to ensure a smooth flow of service with a smile, ensuring all guests and partners are escorted to a comfortable seat before and during worship service.
Director: Min. Michele Johnson
The Greeters exemplify the love of God to His people by making every guest and partner feel special in His house by ensuring they are comfortable and treated hospitably. They set the atmosphere for guests to expect a blessing in the service. Greeters demonstrate patience, kindness, and genuine concern. Greeters are especially available as prayer partners and to assist the elderly, disabled and families with young children. They serve as “first representatives” of the Ministry at every worship service or event and extend the “heart of God” to all.
